We are too interested in games vs practice. While I think games are fun and help kids acclimate to real game time decisions, we shouldn't burn them out where it is just another game.  Kids should be excited about playing games and be aware that practice is where you improve.  Here is a good article that came out right after the NBA Draft in June 2024.
